Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery times are as follows:

To all destinations: 2-6 business days

The delivery period begins on the day following the conclusion of the contract.

The choice of carrier depends on the destination country and logistical requirements.

Partial Deliveries

Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer.
No additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer as a result.

Transfer of Risk

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer only upon delivery of the goods to the customer.

Delivery Delays

In the event of delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. force majeure, strikes, customs clearance), we will inform the customer without undue delay.

Teillieferungen

Teillieferungen sind zulässig, sofern sie für den Kunden zumutbar sind.

Gefahrübergang

Bei Verbrauchern geht die Gefahr des zufälligen Untergangs und der zufälligen Verschlechterung der Ware erst mit Übergabe der Ware an den Kunden auf diesen über.

Lieferverzögerungen

Sollte es aufgrund von Umständen, die wir nicht zu vertreten haben (z. B. höhere Gewalt, Streiks, Zollabfertigung), zu Lieferverzögerungen kommen, informieren wir Sie unverzüglich.
